RETURNS & EXCHANGES

During these uncertain times, we are pleased to offer a full refund for DavidYurman.com purchases made after March 16, 2020 and returned within 45 days of their purchase date.

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalized and custom designs, as well as items from the High Jewelry and EY® Signature collections, are final sale.

For online returns or exchanges, please visit our Returns page to print out a shipping label and commercial invoice for any item(s) purchased on uk.DavidYurman.com. After you have shipped back your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for its processing. Alternatively, you may bring the item back to a David Yurman boutique at Printemps or Galeries Lafayette in Paris for a return or exchange. 

For online exchanges, please return your item(s) and place a new order.

Any merchandise purchased in a full-price David Yurman boutique can be returned or exchanged at any full-price David Yurman boutiques.
