For online returns, please visit our Returns page to print out a shipping label and commercial invoice for any item(s) purchased on uk.DavidYurman.com. After you have shipped back your return, please allow 2-3 weeks for its processing. Alternatively, you may bring the item back to a David Yurman boutique at Printemps or Galeries Lafayette in Paris for a return or exchange.
For online exchanges, please return your item(s) and place a new order.
Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalised and custom designs, as well as items from the High Jewelry and EY® Signature collections, are final sale.
For appraisal services, we suggest contacting an independent appraiser or appraisal company with individuals who possess certified credentials in these services.
